• If players fail to win a bingo game between 7-8pm on Mondays in the Silver Room, all of their stakes in the Silver Room during that hour will be refunded.
• A maximum refund per player of £10/€15 applies.
• A win of any line throughout the hour will exclude you from a refund.
• Stakes will be credited back to players by 6pm on Tuesday in the form of bingo bonuses.
